Pooja Rao has a diverse background in operations and facilities management, with significant experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. At Google, Pooja held multiple roles, including Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, and Global Vendor Operations Manager from July 2007 to July 2008. Prior to that, Pooja worked at airtel from June 2004 to January 2007, where responsibilities included Regional Manager for Customer Care, Manager of Customer Service Delivery, and Senior Manager of Administration for the AP Circle.
