Praful Singhal

Praful Singhal is an accomplished technology and product leader with extensive experience in customer experience and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Head of Technology & ISV Partnerships Program for Google, Praful has successfully developed Chrome's Technology Partnership Ecosystem through collaborations with industry leaders. Previously, Praful led initiatives at NICE CXone, achieving significant growth in the Developer & Technology Partner Ecosystem. Additional experience includes client management roles across various companies, where Praful contributed to operational strategy, process improvement, and market entry strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Southern California and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Utah.
