Pranav Sahay

Pranav Sahay is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mixed reality and audio subsystem development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Google since July 2022, Pranav focuses on on-device experiences in spatial audio and augmented reality. Prior to this, Pranav worked at Amazon as a Senior Software Development Engineer, acting as Tech Lead for the Echo Frames audio subsystem. Pranav's career also includes a role at Oracle, where optimization of networking applications was a key contribution, and academic roles at the University of Pennsylvania and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Pranav holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Embedded Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
