Prashant Khandelwal

Prashant Khandelwal is currently the Head of Security Engineering for Cloud Threat and Abuse Detection at Google, where they apply nearly 17 years of information security experience. They previously served as a Senior Manager on the Security Research Team at Juniper Networks and held various technical roles within the company. Prashant began their career as a Network Security Engineer at ipolicy Networks shortly after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University. Passionate about security research, they are involved in mentoring and leading teams while focusing on areas such as IDS/IPS, threat intelligence, and malware analysis.
