Prathap Thathireddy

Prathap Thathireddy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and leadership roles. Since April 2007, Prathap has been with Google, currently serving as the Director of Google Cloud Advanced Technical Support for the Americas, where responsibilities include leading the support team, defining strategic vision, and managing technical support for large enterprise customers. Previous positions at Google include Head of Technical Support for Google Cloud and G Suite, as well as Global Head of Technical Support for Enterprise Search. Prior to joining Google, Prathap worked at Dell India R&D as a PG Engineering Advisor, managed test projects at McAfee India, and held QA engineering roles at Computer Associates. Prathap began a career in information technology at Wipro Technologies, demonstrating a strong foundation in system engineering. Prathap holds a degree from Osmania University, completed in 1998.
