Priya Thakur

Priya Thakur is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning. Priya's professional journey includes positions at Google as a Software Engineer III and II, and a Machine Learning Engineer role at Tealbook. Priya also interned at Surgical Safety Technologies Inc., working on multi-person 3D pose estimation, and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Prior experience at Intel Corporation encompassed developing a device driver for Intel’s Neural Network Inference Processor and creating a machine learning aided interactive human-machine interface. Priya holds a Master of Science in Applied Computing with a focus on Machine Learning from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
