Priyans Desai

Priyans Desai is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Data Science, with a minor and a GPA of 3.743. Priyans has gained diverse experience through various internships and roles, including software engineering internships at Bank of America, Scanta, and Doctor Insta, where tasks involved developing technologies for financial services and optimizing code for business portals. Priyans also served as an academic resources director and held multiple teaching positions within UC Berkeley's Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences department, leading labs and assisting students in foundational computer science courses. Research experience includes work with the Berkeley RISE Lab, focusing on API coverage and algorithm development, and a data science internship at Elin during the Berkeley SkyDeck cohort. Prior to university, Priyans earned an IB Diploma from Amity Global School in Gurgaon.
