Qiming Zhang is a professional with a background in computer science and engineering, holding a Master’s Degree from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Qiming Zhang began a career at Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Engineer Intern, focusing on JDBC improvements for Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL clusters. Following this, Qiming Zhang has held various roles at Google, starting as a Software Engineer working on Google Health and YouTube, and advancing to the position of Senior Software Engineer in Cloud AI since March 2021. Additionally, Qiming Zhang has prior experience as a Student Research Assistant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, supervised by Prof. Lau Wing Cheong.
