Rachel Gevertz

Rachel Gevertz is currently a Lead Program Manager in the Office of Ethics and Business Integrity at Google. They previously held various roles within Google, including Senior Employee Relations Partner and HR Insights Partner, where they investigated workplace concerns and provided strategic HR solutions. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Web Developer and Program Outreach Intern at AC4/Earth Institute, Columbia University, where they enhanced the organization’s web presence and facilitated collaboration with Columbia faculty. Rachel also worked as a Program Instructor for squash at Columbia University, coaching clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
