Rachel J. Kwon

Rachel J. Kwon possesses a diverse background in clinical medicine and product strategy, with experience ranging from clinical research to content leadership. As the Head of Content at MDCalc from September 2016 to December 2019, Rachel contributed to medical content development. At the University of Oxford, a Clinical Research Fellow position was held from August 2012 to June 2013, followed by a brief role in Clinical Product Strategy at Livongo in 2019. Rachel transitioned to become the Director of Clinical Product Strategy at Ro from January 2020 to February 2024 and is currently serving as a Senior Clinical Specialist at Google since March 2024. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure as a Resident Physician in General Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush University, a background from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science, and studies at the University of St. Andrews.
