As the founder of Rachel Kay Coaching and Consulting LLC, services include fostering high-performing, inclusive organizational cultures and providing transformational executive coaching. Rachel has held key roles at Google, such as Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, Head of Localization Product Strategy, and Head of Organizational Development and Culture, overseeing significant initiatives aimed at enhancing talent management and leadership development within the organization. Additionally, Rachel has contributed to the Women in Management Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has prior experience at PWC and Nike.
