Rachel Yang

Rachel Yang is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where Rachel has led a team in developing backend infrastructure for processing, storage, and serving of cross-product Workspace data since November 2022. Previously, Rachel served as a Software Engineer at Google from July 2018 to October 2022, working on similar backend infrastructure projects. Earlier experience includes an internship at Kulite Semiconductor Products Inc. as an Electrical Engineering Intern and a role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Columbia University, where Rachel assisted in building a robotic gripper prototype. Rachel also gained teaching experience as a Course Assistant for Intro to Databases at Columbia University, where Rachel completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
