Radu Jurca

Radu Jurca is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles at Google since December 2007, currently serving as Principal Engineer and Director. Prior to Google, Radu was a PhD student at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne from October 2002 to November 2007 and founded Celeus I.T., where project management and the design of a distributed web-based Information Management System for chemical laboratories were key responsibilities from January 2001 to October 2002. Initial career experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Dataproducts SRL from November 2000 to August 2001, focusing on developing printer drivers for various Windows operating systems. Radu holds a PhD in Computer Science from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and an MSc in Computer Science from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara.
