Rahma Kamel, MSIM, has a diverse professional background that includes roles in both retail and technology sectors. As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from July 2017 to June 2020, Rahma contributed to achieving high standards of service and quality in store operations. Following this, an internship at Refugee Women’s Alliance provided experience in program planning and community engagement. From October 2021 to July 2025, Rahma served as a Technical Program Manager II at Microsoft, enhancing program management skills. Currently, in the role of Technical Program Manager at Google since June 2025, Rahma focuses on driving cross-functional programs to address security vulnerabilities within Google Cloud, collaborating with various teams to improve secure development practices.
