They have previously held positions such as Product Marketing Manager at Trish McEvoy and Sr. Innovation Strategist at Idea Couture Inc., where they led significant brand and organizational strategy projects. Raina co-founded Thrive.ly, an HR SaaS start-up, and has served as Director at ?What If! Innovation, managing business development for Fortune 100 companies. They are pursuing advanced degrees in Environmental Behavior and Culture Change, and Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation Management at the University of Michigan, alongside a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Brown University.
