Rajitha Ramachandran has an extensive background in design and user experience, beginning as Chief Web Designer at iPower Solutions India Pvt Ltd from October 1998 to March 2003, followed by a role as Media Producer at Sify. Rajitha's career progressed with positions as Senior Graphic Designer at Element K and later as Human Factors Engineering Lead at Tata Consultancy Services. In subsequent years, Rajitha served as a Senior User Experience Consultant at McGraw-Hill Higher Education and CAS before joining F5 Networks as Designer and then as Sr User Experience Designer. After a brief tenure at Amazon Web Services as Sr. UX Designer and UX Design Lead until May 2020, Rajitha joined Google in September 2021, initially as Sr. Interaction Designer and currently as Staff Interaction Designer since November 2023, contributing significantly to user interaction design.
