Staff Software Engineer

Rajkumar Samuel is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in scalable system architectures and advanced technology development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Google since December 2014, Rajkumar specializes in efficiently scaling LLM training across data center networks using MegaScale XLA, a key technology for training Gemini and other LLMs on TPUs.
