Ramakrishna Venkatraman

Ramakrishna Venkatraman is an experienced professional in the tech industry with a focus on data science, client services, and technical support. Currently, Ramakrishna serves as Director of Professional Services and Data Science at Google since July 2010, overseeing teams of Technical Account Managers and managing critical client escalations while enhancing service performance. Previous roles at Google include Director of gTech - Global Clients and Agency Solutions and Global Technical Lead for GCAS. Prior to Google, Ramakrishna held the position of Lead Technical Support Engineer at Microsoft, managing the US Ad Support team for Bing.
