Rami Cohen

Rami Cohen is a Senior AI Systems Architect at Google, specializing in the co-design of next-generation AI accelerators and the optimization of large-scale distributed training and inference for large language models. Rami earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they also led over 45 AI/ML research projects and received multiple awards for teaching excellence. Prior to joining Google, they served as a Principal AI/ML Research Scientist at Medtronic, where they developed innovative medical computer vision solutions. Rami holds multiple degrees from Technion, including a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a BS in Physics.
