Rand Nezha is an experienced professional in the technology sector with a strong background in mobile and mixed reality solutions. At IBM iX, Rand served as the Mobile & Mixed Reality Practice leader, overseeing a team of over 35 resources and managing a substantial budget for mobile and XR projects. Rand played a key role in the Apple-IBM partnership, focusing on digital transformation projects and the integration of major business applications. Following this, Rand held the position of Consulting Practice Manager at Amazon Web Services, driving cloud transformation strategies for enterprise customers in Italy. Currently, Rand is the Head of Data & AI Architects for EMEA at Google Cloud Consulting. Additionally, Rand contributes to the technology community as a mentor for young women in their early tech careers. Rand holds a Master’s degree in Cloud Computing from Politecnico di Milano.
