Prior to this role, Rasha managed sales enablement teams at Cognizant, emphasizing collaboration with sales organizations and support for various regions including North America and Latin America. Rasha's background also includes product management consulting, developing marketing strategies for startup platforms, and senior product management roles at HP, where Rasha successfully launched innovative mobility solutions. Rasha holds an MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Baghdad.
