Ray Parr

Ray L. Parr currently works at Google as the Lead Program Manager for the Research Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Team. They have significant experience in diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and employee engagement, having previously held roles at Meta, VMware, Deloitte, and the U.S. Federal Office of Personnel Management (OPM), where they played a key role in developing government-wide D&I data metrics. Ray has also served as a Human Performance Analyst with the U.S. Coast Guard and managed global ERGs at VMware. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University along with a Project Management credential from Cornell University.
