Customer Engineer

Reena Verma has extensive experience in the technology sector, beginning as a Customer Care Officer at IBM from June 2008 to May 2009, followed by a role as a Technical Support Associate at Dell from December 2009 to December 2011. Reena then worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an HP Technical Consultant Level-2 from January 2012 to June 2016, before transitioning to Dell Technologies as a VMware Solutions Architect from June 2016 to June 2018, focusing on architecting complex virtualization and cloud solutions.
