Reginald McKnight

Reginald McKnight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy, legal counsel, and community development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Social Impact and Workforce Development at Google since 2018, Reginald has held multiple leadership roles at the company, including Global Head of Social Impact and Head of Public Affairs & Community Development, SE. Prior to Google, Reginald worked at Facebook as the Head of U.S. Economic and Community Development and at BP, where legal and strategic counsel was provided on critical issues, such as the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Reginald has also practiced law at WilmerHale, representing multinational corporations in various high-stakes matters, and gained judicial experience as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Academically, Reginald holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
