Reid Danielsen is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and regulatory compliance. Beginning as a Mergers & Acquisitions Paralegal at Fenwick & West from November 2015 to August 2017, Danielsen transitioned to Gusto as a Legal Intern, contributing to marketing affairs, contract review, and FinTech product research during the 1L summer and continuing part-time through the 2L year.
