Ricardo Caetano

Ricardo Caetano is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and technical program management, possessing extensive experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure. At Portugal Telecom from May 2004 to August 2007, Ricardo held multiple roles, including Manager of International Roaming Agreements and Technical Program Manager for Submarine Networks and MPLS Core Networks, where responsibilities included negotiating international agreements and coordinating project deployments.
