Rich Deken

Rich Deken is an experienced IT professional specializing in architecting and developing custom software and business intelligence solutions. They currently serve as the Head of Customer Engineering for Google Cloud in the North Central Expansion region, following previous roles at Google as a Sales Engineer and Head of Data Analytics Customer Engineering. Prior to their time at Google, Rich worked as a Practice Director at Bennett Adelson and held various positions, including Senior Consultant at Microsoft and Enterprise Consultant at QlikTech. Rich earned a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
