Richard has been recognized with several awards, including the 2013 Taiwan 100 MVP Manager and the 2012 Taiwan Brand Marketer of the Year. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Library & Information Science from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in International Policy from Stanford University.
