Richard Seroter has extensive experience in technology and product management, currently serving as Chief Evangelist at Google Cloud since May 2020, where roles also include Director of Developer Relations and Outbound Product Management. Prior to Google, Richard held the position of Senior Director of Technical Marketing and Developer Relations at VMware for a brief period in 2020. Earlier in his career, Richard was Vice President of Product Marketing and Senior Director of Product at Pivotal, Inc. from 2016 to 2020, and Vice President of Product at CenturyLink from 2013 to 2016. Richard holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
