Rika's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Director at Digitas APAC, where oversight of data, creativity, strategy, technology, and media resulted in significant business growth, and as Managing Partner & Regional Digital Lead at Ogilvy, where transformations led to substantial revenue increases and client retention. As a former entrepreneur, Rika founded Consult Rika, focusing on integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
