Rikki Benton

Rikki Benton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and business analysis. Rikki began a career at Ferro Corporation as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, providing support to the Global Leadership Team. Following this role, Rikki continued at PPG, where responsibilities included coordinating administrative tasks, customer support analysis, and serving as a business analyst for Oracle's Product Lifecycle Management implementation. Rikki assumed various roles at PPG, ultimately managing global projects within the HRIT department. Most recently, Rikki worked at Google as a Product Support Manager, focusing on user advocacy and enhancing mobile product experiences. Rikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
