Rittwik Jana is a Principal Wireless Network Engineer at Google, focusing on distributed edge cloud technologies and geospatial asset intelligence. They previously held prominent roles at AT&T Labs Research, including Director of Inventive Science, where they worked on disaggregated RAN and mobile edge cloud technologies. Rittwik began their career as a Research Engineer at the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, specializing in signal processing. They also served as Chief Architect for RAN Intelligence at VMware, contributing to O-RAN architecture and telco cloud automation. Rittwik is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Telecommunications at The Australian National University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Adelaide.
