Rob Magliaro is a mission-driven education and workforce systems leader with a focus on career-connected learning and K-16 partnerships. They co-founded and served as principal of The Early College High School of Emergency Medicine from 2013 to 2021, where they developed a high-performing career and technical education program. Currently, Rob serves as the Head of Education & Workforce for Grow with Google, leading national programs and partnerships that connect education to workforce development. They are also a co-founder and secretary of Gotham Park, an urban community initiative, and are pursuing several advanced degrees in education leadership and mathematics.
