Robert Love

Robert Love is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and software engineering. At Toast, Love served as VP of Engineering, focusing on resilient Cloud infrastructure and enhancing developer productivity. Previous roles include Chief Architect at Novell, where Love led technical initiatives for Linux enterprise products, and Director of Engineering at Google, where systems were scaled for global infrastructure supporting Search. Currently, Love holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Google, leading the Service Networking Group. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Florida.
