Rodney O'Donnell

Rodney O'Donnell is a seasoned data scientist and software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. Rodney worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in large-scale machine learning from March 2010 to March 2011 and held various key positions at notable tech companies, including Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer II and Google as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. At Rome2rio, from August 2017 to February 2022, Rodney served as Principal Data Scientist and Software Engineer, focusing on engineering process improvements and data architecture. Previous roles include Data Scientist at cXense, where Rodney developed a robust ad serving platform, and Research Assistant at Monash Medical Center, applying Bayesian Networks in healthcare.
