Rohit Khanna

Rohit Khanna is a highly skilled engineer with a strong academic background in Materials Science and Engineering, holding a PhD and an MS from the University of Florida, both with a 4.0 GPA, and a B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). Rohit has extensive professional experience, including roles as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at Nanosys, a Process Engineer III at Plasma-Therm, an Application Engineer at Oerlikon, and a Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where notable projects included developing high-temperature stable contact metallization for GaN and GaN/AlGaN HEMT fabrication for biosensor applications. Currently, Rohit serves as a Hardware Engineer at Google, demonstrating expertise in various semiconductor processes and technologies.
