Rola Najem

Rola Najem is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism, content production, and strategic writing. Early career experiences include roles as a freelance journalist, editor, and producer for various media outlets, such as Assafir Newspaper and Emirates Media from 1996 to 2001. Between 2001 and 2004, Rola served as a journalist and reporter at Al Khaleej Printing and Publishing, where responsibilities included establishing technology pages and overseeing media coverage. From 2004 to 2007, Rola worked as a content producer and scriptwriter for Dubai TV. Rola co-founded The Frame, a TV and film production house in Dubai, where Rola held the position of executive producer from 2007 to 2014, followed by a co-founder role at StoryMine LLC and Hikayat until 2018. Currently, Rola holds the title of Senior UX Content Strategist at Google and also serves as a Senior User Experience Content Strategist at Google DeepMind.
