Roman Matla

Roman Matla possesses extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, and learning solutions across various industries. Notable roles include Vice President at Bank of America, where Roman led learning initiatives for 4,000 staff in Asia and managed a significant learning budget. Roman also served as Regional Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Uber and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Merrill Lynch, where Roman developed frameworks and strategies for key sites in Asia. At Google, Roman currently holds the position of APAC Regional People Programs Lead, focusing on regional diversity efforts. Roman’s education includes an Honours degree in Business Administration from Humber College.
