Roman Mohr has extensive experience in software engineering, beginning at the Austrian Academy of Sciences as a Software Architect and Software Developer from July 2009 to December 2012. After a position as a Software Developer at UBIMET from January 2013 to February 2014, Roman Mohr contributed to Jollydays GmbH as a Senior Software Developer from March 2014 to June 2015. Roman held multiple roles at Red Hat, including Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and eventually Senior Principal Software Engineer from July 2015 to July 2016. For several years, Roman served as a Fedora Package Maintainer from June 2013 to May 2021.
