Romana Pawar

Romana Pawar is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Product Management for YouTube Ads at Google since October 2013, previous roles at Google include Group Product Manager and Lead Product Manager for YouTube Ads. Prior to Google, Romana held the position of Senior Program Manager at Microsoft from March 2006 to October 2013, where responsibilities included leading the program management for the Microsoft Mediaroom client platform, as well as managing a team of engineers focused on quality testing and automation tools. Before Microsoft, Romana served as a Senior Software Engineer at Alcatel, leading the development of applications on the Open Media Platform. Romana began professional career as a Software Engineer at DirecTV. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University.
