Ross Cartlidge

Ross Cartlidge has an extensive background in technology and engineering, starting as a Programmer at the University Computing Centre at the University of Sydney from January 1982 to November 1984. Following this role, Ross worked as a Software Engineer at Time Office Computers from November 1984 to October 1985. A transition to networking occurred at the University of Sydney, where Ross served as a Network Engineer from October 1985 to July 1999. Subsequently, Ross joined Cisco Systems as a Network Consulting Engineer from 1999 to 2007. Since July 2007, Ross has been employed at Google as a Staff Software Engineer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Sydney, earned between 1978 and 1981, and attendance at South Sydney Boys High School from 1972 to 1977.
