Roxanne Carter is currently a Senior Manager in Government Affairs and Public Policy at Google, CoE Global. Previously, Roxanne held the position of Head of EU Policy and Regulatory Affairs at ITV from 2015 to 2020 and served as Head of International & EU Affairs at Ofcom between 2010 and 2015. Earlier in their career, Roxanne worked as a Senior Consultant at Cabinet Stewart EU Affairs and as a Political Officer for the Delegation of the European Union to the United States. Roxanne also contributed to CSM Parliamentary and EU Affairs Consultancy as a Consultant from 2000 to 2002 and is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Newcastle University.
