Royans Tharakan

Royans Tharakan has over two decades of experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as Director of Cloud Workspace Support at Google since January 2011. In this capacity, Royans leads teams providing essential technical support for G Suite and Chrome enterprise customers, facilitating their transition to modern cloud infrastructures. Prior to Google, Royans was employed at Ingenuity Systems as Manager of Application Services, overseeing a team that supported and managed web operations. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Technical Unix Consultant at Taos Mountain and a Senior Systems Administrator and Application Performance Engineer focusing on Solaris and Linux servers.
