Ruben Tamayo

Ruben Tamayo has over a decade of experience in technical support and IT roles, beginning as a Material Take Off Estimator at Town and Country Roofing from July 2009 to May 2011. Subsequently, Ruben served as a Senior Technical Specialist at P.O.S Specialists from June 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included supporting and installing proprietary Point of Sale software, database repair, and providing 24-hour on-call support. Ruben then transitioned to Alain Pinel Realtors as a Senior Field Technician from May 2014 to June 2016, addressing technical issues requiring in-person support. Since July 2016, Ruben has been an Information Technology Resident at Google while also working as a Help Desk Specialist at Facebook since July 2018. Ruben holds an NREMT Certification in Emergency Medical Services from Los Medanos College and a High School Diploma from Heritage High School.
