Ruchika Saswade is a computer science professional with a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2022. Ruchika began an academic journey as an Undergraduate CS Researcher at the UCSB CS Department, working on a cybersecurity and networks project focused on scaling network intrusion detection systems from September 2020 to June 2021, participating in the Early Research Scholars Program. Following this, Ruchika gained industry experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation from June to November 2021. Ruchika served as a DSP Proctor for the UCSB Disabled Students Program from June 2019 to January 2020 and is currently employed as a Technical Program Manager at Google since October 2022, contributing to the Pixel Camera project.
