Ruchira Saha

Ruchira Saha has extensive experience in strategic operations across prominent organizations. At Google, from December 2015 to April 2023, Ruchira held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Strategy & Operations for Users & Products and Head of Strategy & Operations for Devices & Services Business Development, where strategic partnership and go-to-market strategies were key responsibilities. Prior to Google, Ruchira worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., managing the creation and launch of the Tribute Portfolio brand. Earlier experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising businesses on strategy and product development, and an analyst role in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ruchira holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.
