Ruth Kelly

Ruth Kelly is a Senior Legal Counsel at Google, where they focus on the EMEA Devices and Services team, primarily handling Google Store, hardware deals, and general consumer law. Previously, Ruth served as a commercial lawyer in Google's EMEA Ads and Marketing team and held the position of Associate in the IP/IT group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advising on various non-contentious and contentious matters in IP, advertising, and data protection. Ruth has also completed internships and secondments at organizations including Fair Trials International, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, and BG Group. Ruth holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Oxford University, a distinction in LPC from BPP Law School, and a Master's degree in International Relations from Warwick University.
