Ruth Phillips

Ruth Phillips is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and program management. Ruth's career began at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs as a Lead Software Development Engineer from September 2000 to November 2006. Following this, Ruth served as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead and Lead Engineer Maintenance Release at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise until June 2010. From January 2013 to October 2019, Ruth excelled as a Technical Project Lead Engineer at Nokia. Currently, Ruth holds the position of Program Manager at Google since October 2019. Ruth earned a Master of Science degree from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
