Ryan Chen is an experienced engineer with a strong background in analog integrated circuit design and optical sensor systems. With a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Ryan began a career as a Senior Analog IC Designer at ANPEC, focusing on audio power amplifier IC design. Ryan later transitioned to ams AG, where responsibilities included technical support and application engineering for noise cancellation and optical sensors. Since May 2018, Ryan has been with Google as an Optical Sensor System Engineer, specializing in fingerprint and optical sensors, system design, testing, and new product development. Notably, Ryan received the 2013 Best Field Application Engineer Award for exemplary performance in the role.
