Ryan Durk

Ryan Durk, MS, has extensive experience in both academic and applied settings within the fields of exercise physiology and kinesiology. At Exponent, Ryan served as a scientist from September 2021 to July 2022, followed by a role as program manager at Google from July 2022 to January 2023, facilitated through both Magnit Global and Adecco. Previously, Ryan worked at San Francisco State University as a lecturer, where responsibilities included teaching over six courses and managing a kinesiology lab, supporting academic research, and collaborating with faculty to enhance student learning. Additionally, Ryan was the head strength and conditioning coach for NCAA Division II athletic teams, focusing on performance and wellbeing through evidence-based practices. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from San Francisco State University.
